is two paragraphs long at the top and it says right here this is 11 plus or minus 13.2 percent above the may rate so what you're saying with that that margin of error is you can't actually be sure whether it's an increase or a decrease it could actually be a really huge increase but it's also only a month-to-month increase is that kind of like when i said to you that time i'm going to give you twenty dollars plus or minus fifty dollars exactly
And year over year, which tells you how things are going versus last year, you're talking about a 21.3% lower total number of sales.
And the margin of error there is plus or minus 11%.
So you're pretty sure that it is down.
