And that means you're saying that this group of guys โ
I can make this a good offense.
And, you know, it hasn't just come right out and said it, but it's, no, Andy can fix this.
And that's the statement that's given by not upgrading at tight end two or, you know, not moving in a different direction there, by not even upgrading right tackle.
You know, that was the big, you know, smoke screen.
By not upgrading wide receiver.
You're saying, no, I can fix this.
But now you've cleaned up the offensive staff.
you parted ways with multiple people, including your offensive coordinator, and you chose, and I think this is a really interesting aspect here, let's say Andy Reid had, like, shocked everyone and grabbed Mike McDaniel, right, and gone, like, this completely different route in terms of offensive design for his offensive coordinator.
Then you could make an argument that, well, you know, the blending of it didn't really work or whatever if things don't work out.
By bringing in Eric Bien-Ami, a guy who isn't known for having his own system,
is an Andy Reid product, Andy Reid disciple.
I mean, good coach, but he's not known for having his own system like McDaniel is or even like Kingsborough or someone.
That's him saying, I need people who can implement my vision, and the players I have are good enough to implement my vision.
So that's a long road to a short stop, but it really is.
He's had every opportunity to change the offense around after a pretty crummy year, after three straight years of subpar returns on the offensive side of the ball.
That is a, there's no more excuses left, barring catastrophic injuries.
