And then then we and then I felt bad being in a path.
Okay, go back and then she was gone.
Yeah, and it all started being young and having so much emotional difficulty from as far as I could remember.
However, then later growing up I I found that that I was I was picking up on others, spirits and myself and other people.
So once I was able to sort that out and and also learn how to uh work with my
emotions then I was able to be clear and I can tell much much easier.
Um the vibration is different for me.
And sometimes the connection with an earthbound is a little bit more difficult as far as they want to stay this is just my experience by the way.
Um they want to stay in a certain way of thinking.
And uh they so getting evidence sometimes from them for me is a little bit difficult.
Like like as much at like there's more usually and more uplifting and and from ones who had crossed, which I call a spiritual shower.
Because they 'cause they don't go uh for forever and you know, um all of them most of them seem to come back.
You know, so
Um, so yeah, so when I connect so that's always been my thing and I forgot to mention I I just got really nervous, but you guys brought up a really good point in the beginning about the teaching and um I was I was helped by somebody and I was forever grateful.
She helped me, she taught me how to d to work with earth bounds and it's just like working with people like like um you were saying and
And um it's it's just helping them let go of the extra weight that the ones who had crossed do not have.
They're just this ball of love.
pretty much in the in the earth bounds just but I mean look at you know we come from a life society's negative and we're not taught how to do our emotions and you know crap is just out of control.
So how do we think that if people are so blindsided with emotion and rage or whatever, how do we think they're just gonna automatically step into a new vibration without changing it?
