His party's not going to run on their legislative achievements because they don't have them.
So what they want to do is to collect a lot of data about individual Americans, U.S.
citizens, people eligible to vote.
They want to know, you know, where you registered, whether you moved, where you physically were with this IP address when you registered.
They want to know all this stuff because here's the thing.
if they create a nationwide database on every U.S.
citizen registered to vote, they can then decide to use that to disenfranchise voters.
So for example,

There's nothing illegal about that.
There's nothing untoward about that.
They can register to vote online when they're in one jurisdiction rather than another.
