Because he makes big threats and he doesn't follow through because he chickens out.

The problem is that before he chickens out, a lot of people often get hurt.

And there are a lot of Americans who just can't afford groceries right now because his tariffs have raised prices across the board.

There are a lot of Americans who can't afford healthcare right now because his one big beautiful bill, as they call it, is kicking 15 million Americans off healthcare.

said her own family can't afford healthcare.
