So if you're someone who is naturally an introvert or prefers quiet time, even having interactions with other people at work, online, that's filling your cup.
And then you've got your physical cup, right?
If you are not getting enough sleep, if you're not exercising, if you're not eating right, your cup is going to be overflowing because you're not doing the right things.
So then the next question is, how do you know which cup to put down?
How do you figure that out?
And I have another little story that I will share to demonstrate this.
Well, actually, before we go in there, Max, which cup of yours do you think is maybe a little too heavy?
Or do you feel like you've got a pretty good handle on those cups?
Oh, wow.
And it's fascinating you mentioned that because when we have a cup that is too heavy for us,
It can amplify existing vulnerabilities to self-doubt, to feelings of insecurity, to feelings of loneliness.
And we think, we just look at the end pieces, which is, oh no, I'm so lonely.
Oh no, I've got so much self-doubt.
Oh no, I feel like a fraud.
Oh no, I'm afraid of failure.
When actually we're not addressing the underlying element, which is just, you can put a glass down.
You can put a cup down.
You can go and reach out to someone.
You can call someone.
You can take a step back.
