So you went through the initial fully natural response of this doesn't make sense.
This is unfair.
Why us?
What then shifted?
Because you then said there was some point where you decided to go into the, okay, how can I learn?
How can I teach?
What happened at that point?
Thank you so much for sharing this.
So if we then apply that journey to this framework, what I'm hearing is there's an extremely high degree of autonomy.
What can I do right now?
Instead of dwelling in the why me, initially you felt the why us, the why me, but then you shifted to, okay, well, that is that what now?
What next?
So you didn't dwell in the why, the poor me.
It was the, okay, what can I do about this?
So that demonstrates extremely high degree of autonomy.
I'm also assuming you didn't spend a lot of time blaming or being resentful or complaining to a lot of people.
You were more focused on action.
So that's, again, fantastic.
That's an extremely high degree of autonomy because when you lack autonomy, people will complain because that's a way of regaining a sense of control over a situation they don't feel like they have control over.
They're fooling themselves.
