Write down everything you think you're missing.
The middle column is where you write down your inventory of skills.
but not only the hard skills you want to write down all the what we call essence qualities that you have these are things like tenacity growth mindset curiosity persistence the ability to be really critical in your thinking capture all of them now in your third column
You're then mapping those qualities and those skills from the middle column to the one on the right and saying, yes, I don't have a medical degree, but I have a growth mindset.
I have tenacity.
I have the ability to think critically about things, to question things.
I can bring all of that to meet that check.
Next one, coding.
I don't know how to code, but I have learned hard things in the past.
I'm a really fast learner.
Again, you hone in on that.
What that does is remind you that even if you've never done the thing that you're doing right now, you have the ability to do the thing that you're doing right now.
You just have to give yourself grace to learn, to grow, and then acknowledge that even if it gets difficult, I can still persist.
I can bring over all of these transferable skills.
And this is great when it comes to, for example, people looking to transform their lives from a health perspective.
One of the things about this framework, and I will get to the third and fourth pillars in a moment, but a lot of, so we deal with people or people come to us for help in their careers and in their lives.
And then health is not something they directly come to us for, but we've identified that if someone lacks these four attributes, right?
They are going to sabotage their health journey because either they don't accept themselves so they don't feel like they are worthy of changing their life from a health perspective, a health and wellness perspective.
And that could come from a belief that they have early on.
They might not believe that they can because they're fixating on all the times that they couldn't in the past and saying, well, this is just who I am.
