Sometimes you can just block them because if they are having such a negative response to you now, the best thing you can do is prevent you from popping up in their feed again.
So it's actually a service to them and to you because they're not in your feed.
But let's say it's happening
Elsewhere in life, someone's attacking you.

I've had to, every time I post something, I will have these thoughts in my head.
What will people think?
Will this perform well?
What are people gonna say?
Worst process to go through.
So I say to myself, literally, I'll say, Sade, care less, care less, care less about what people think, care less about how it's received, care less about the likes or the comments, make it about something else, right?
Just care less.
So I was getting into that habit of care less and it was working.
I would just hijack that part of my brain because what we find is when we're going through the, what will they think?

We're not demonstrating an internal locus of control.
It's an external locus.
We cannot control what those people think.
And when they've done scans of people's brains, when people are in an external locus, which is what overthinking is driven by, things outside of our control, there's less activation in the prefrontal regions, in the ventromedial prefrontal cortex, more activation in the emotion centers, the threat detection centers of the brain.
