That being said, I think he's performed well.

And if you can hit the ball out of the ballpark, like,
you're going to hit the ball out of the ballpark, right?
That's going to be a thing.
Now it just becomes a matter of becoming more and more consistent.
You mentioned you watch my videos from time to time with Pelotero, and one of the things that I've said a lot, if you want to become a great hitter, you have to learn how to be good at sucking, right?
You have to suck good.
And that was really what I took a lot of pride in, especially in that 2015 season, was my first time really I'd had some experience in the big leagues, and I understood that, like,
Being able to slide a hit out in your fourth at bat, you know, backside single the day you're not feeling good or whatever, turn 0-4 into 0-3, that's what's going to really make you take that next step as a hitter.
And I think it's very underappreciated in today's game because nobody cares about batting average anymore, even though I tell you, like, to me, it's still the most telling and important stat for any player.
That being said, right, like, I never wanted to be the guy that hit 330 with, like, five.
