Dr. Salvador Plasencia pleaded guilty to illegally supplying the drug to Perry, who died in 2023 due to acute effects of ketamine and had long struggled with addiction.
Placencia said in a letter that he treated Perry with ketamine and left vials for him after the actor paid him large sums of money.
