Well, then a day later, the sale happens, the sale occurs.

And to try to freeze the shares a day before the Mark Walter to Josh Kushner, Bob Iger deal happens, it's unclear who knew what when that call was made by the VP of Finance.

And Pat, one key thing to also point out, so when Jeannie Buss struck that deal with Mark Walter, the siblings kind of had to fall in line.
They went with it.
