great talent to work with a great first rounder quarterback you've taken to take the franchise into the post time Brady era.
In the second year of Mac Jones, they had Matt Patricia, a friend of his who was a d a defensive coordinator as a sort of not really sort of de facto offensive coordinator, somebody who shouldn't be coaching offense, working with them.
And it completely bottomed out from that.
So I think by the end of that there was a series of
proven cases that after Tom Brady left the building that he actually he lost a bit of the spark and there was a series of bad mistakes made in terms of decision making.
And then when he tried to get a job in the NFL after leaving the Patriots, no general manager will let him in the building because in every club when you're when you have a general manager, when you have people who organize the contracts, organize who's coming in, all the kind of the front office stuff, which has always been separate from coaching.
Every NFL organization except for the Patriots.
No one's gonna l bring B Belichick into that setup, regardless of how good he is as a coach, and I don't think I don't think Belichick would have accepted really less power either.
