I know my short-term memory's a bit dodgy sometimes, but I don't remember agreeing to spar Big Manu the Beast Vatuvai.

Yeah, and then they walk in, and I'm thinking, no, we're not sparring.

They go, yeah, no, you agreed.

I'm going, oh, God.

And then I'm going, okay, okay, I'm only good for two-minute rounds because normally pros are three-minute rounds, two-minute rounds.

So we did three two-minute rounds.

And I was surprised at how well I went.

I thought, oh, good, because all I've been doing is running.
