There is no silver bullet.

There's no single solution that's going to solve it.

There are a whole range of things.

There's impact injuries, which are largely unavoidable.

Then you've got soft tissues.

Can you manage those?

And probably the worrying ones for us were some of the stress fractures and so forth.

And just looking at our overall program, did we get it right on an individual level?

And we made changes throughout the season to try and,

address that in certain aspects we're starting to see more availability now we've got selection challenges for some of the first times this year which is really important for us to to make sure that there is that selection pressure coming through from the VFL ranks so there's a whole range of things that we've already made tweaks on we're clearly in the market now and seeking the very best person to lead our high performance program into next year so we're exploring and

I've seen watching training.

He's basically in full training at the moment.

So he's going really well from that point of view.

But it is largely a timing thing like he talks about, Cam.

There's only a couple of games left in the VFL.

We've got buys in the mix there as well, which doesn't help.

So we thought from a continuity point of view, let's keep him training.
