Oh, there'd be lots of things.
You know, obviously, you know, recruitment is a big part of it, you know, where we are in that recruitment thing.
The CEO deals with a lot of the time your recruitment manager and, you know, does a lot of that work behind the scenes and then comes to you and gives you information that you need to know so it doesn't give you everything.
And then, you know, just how the team and the club's tracking, you know.
A lot of the time the CEO is just there to support you.
There's not a lot of reporting between each other.
