I weight heavily defensemen because if you look at the salary cap era of free agency or going into trade, the cost of acquisition for a top three defenseman is ridiculous.
So if you can get one at the draft, do it.
So I took all that scarcity and supply and demand and applied it back to my draft ratings, which is why D-men tend to go higher on my lists.
And Reid was the one defenseman who I thought was going to be, had the greatest potential and probability of being a number one defenseman in his prime years.
And then Stenberg was just slightly below that.
I mean, these are razor sharp margins between the two.
And I just find Stenberg is more well-rounded.
However, I'm not entirely convinced his upside will be, you know, the 100-point range, but he could be in that 80, 85-point range consistently.

His B game is exceptional at this age.
I think the media is focused and the fans are focused on those players.
That organization is going to be really focused on that defense.
Think about what they currently have.
They have the three young defensemen sitting there, but they don't have the quartet.
And you could have Willender and Pedersen, the defenseman, and Zee William.
And if you add in a guy like Chase Reed or Daxon Rudolph or Carson Carls or Verifam, whichever one is your preference is available, you have a top four for a decade.
A decade.
And then you can build through the middle.
