You know, no one ever just woke up and maybe the bread that you're telling us about, Gary, beforehand that you made first time round and it was emotionally beautiful.
But I don't know if you're going to crack it first time round.
So if you make mistakes, that's OK.
So don't let that deflate you.
But again, the quality of ingredients that you use, if you're going to cut corners and buy really cheap chocolate.
My problem is when the mistakes are amazing and I don't know how.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Right.
I think the trifecta, and this was funny, I was teaching a class a while ago and we were talking about Italian cuisine because I love Italian food and I was saying to her, well, what would be your favourite Italian dish?
And she said to me, well, the holy trifecta, like lasagna, chips and coleslaw.
And I was like,
That does kind of stir something up in me.
I don't know what that is.
You just did it to me too.
I love, I travel quite a bit and I was just back from India and Sri Lanka there a while ago.
So butter chicken with warm naan bread is just ultimate comfort food for me.
Again, homemade, really nice.
That would be comfort.
I also love, guilty pleasure is crispy duck pancakes.
So nice kind of hoisin.
