Being alone with my horses and I love, you know, and I also do love the one-on-one relationships.

I can stay, you know, and I've done it.

I mean, I can stay in my little cabin for weeks on end and just be perfectly fine.

I don't need a lot of interaction, which...

I did retreat a lot in my youth.

I think I do know a lot of it was innate.

I was naturally shy and I didn't want to be on the stage, but I also avoided just the overwhelming element of

being around a lot of people.

And, you know, having to socialize with a lot of people.

So music, again, was a really great retreat.

Something I could do on my own, perfectly fine entertaining myself with my guitar.

If I didn't have any other friends, that was okay.

But it also made me develop slower as a woman.

I was very shy.

I never went to the beach with a bathing suit.

So I never swam.

I was very shy about showing any skin.

And so, you know, every once in a while I would wear shorts.
