I love that advice because
If you think about it, it really, you can set aside 15 minutes every few days to just go in and make connections on LinkedIn.
It doesn't, it doesn't have to be a, a really, a huge long process to do it, but it's important no matter what, to continue to do that on a regular basis for just even, like you said, to get to know the people in your company, but also just to make those connections outside with other people in your industry.

And that was one of the things I was going to ask was like, how, how do you suggest these women that are like, well, I know I've done a lot and I know I'm really good at this, but I don't want to go in there and act like I'm bragging and boasting.
How can I communicate to them my value and what I can bring confidently without it sounding boastful?
Right.
Right.
And that goes back to like learning about, especially like what we were talking about earlier with the position being opening, like understanding the behind the scenes of why that position may be open so that you can go in there with confidence to say, Hey, this, I know that this is filling this void and I have this experience.
And so therefore it's not bragging.
It's Hey, I know I can do this.
I love that because you can go into the conversation and it helps you, but you can then also help the person that you're talking to.
So it's an exchange of ideas that helps both of you.
So it is a win-win for everybody.
