I thought this was a very useful story because the financial media can only carpet bomb one story at a time, and so it was useful to sort of get some attention directed off the residential real estate story and onto the retail space real estate story, which is in dire straits, as Seth and James have both suggested.

The Wall Street Journal, one of, well, two great papers, I guess, in this country, has rolled out an application on the iTunes store, or app, as the kids like to call them, apparently.
