suspension that we felt at the time that FIFA were boxing themselves in, that if there was anything that kind of interfered with another player or another country's performance at the World Cup, they have to be a little bit lenient.

And now you have this situation, which far exceeds, granted, far exceeds what Cristiano Ronaldo did on an individual basis.

The argument for me, which I side with Senegal on, is the goal that they scored moments earlier, which I thought was perfectly fine, disallowed for a foul.
