But what we find really interesting was the student who are using AI and group discussion initially did not do so great, but over the time, they actually beat everybody.
That means it's not just the use of AI.
It's actually the social component.
You discuss with your friends.
Maybe you come up with a better question.
Maybe you come up with a better idea.
Maybe you come up with better ways of learning and explaining things.
And I think...
I want to hook one more time here.
The learning is definitely your effort, which you have to exert.
And then maybe some sort of feedback mechanism like AI tools and obviously the social interaction.
And these days, our students are a little bit lagging behind the social interactions.
I think something that AI cannot substitute you.
I think if you think as more like I want to learn something new, you can always ask chat GPT.
I want to learn this thing.
Tell me in the most simplest way such that high school level student can understand.
If you want, please ask me clarifying question, but never reveal me the answer, but nudge me toward the correct answer.
So you can kind of start your chat like this and then ask question and then gradually learn.
But again, when you do this, you will obviously learn something, but you have a higher cognitive load because you have to validate every statement chat GPT spit out on you.
Therefore, actually in this age, there is a real demand for professors because they know their material.
