Then sort of coming back into this chaotic environment is like, ah, this is overwhelming for my brain.

And then uh often we're moving from things we like into things we don't like and back into things we like and back into things we don't like, you know?

Yeah.

Sort of throughout the day.

Um and so in our we have a older episode on transitions.

And we don't want to give the same strategies from that one.

And this is, I would say, uh more structured and uh tailored to the school environment.

Um but we talked about this as uh moving from like a lean to rich.

or rich to lean conditions.

Conditions.

That's what we call it behaviorally.

Lean being um things that you don't like as much.

Um so there's not as much reinforcement.

That's why they call it lean.

And then rich, there's lots of reinforcement.

Right.

Um and that uh sometimes it's nice to think about a hierarchy here and don't go from like uh let's say you watch cartoons before you go to school.

Don't go right from the cartoons to like get in the car.
