You know, am I gonna be alone?

Yes.

And so it's like so much to think about.

Right.

Such a great strategy because if we're yelling, let's go, let's go, their nervous system is responding to that.

And it's like, ah, fight or flight, fight or flight, all flight.

You know, whereas if we're in this together and we're 824 out the door.

So fun.

Yeah.

And so I love it.

Um because as you mentioned, like we are so stressed.

Um so our nervous system can be hot.

Um and so coming in with some of these like simple little strategies that we can add into our day can be really helpful.

Um, so that the child's nervous system can stay calm.

We might not be calm, but w that's like our job, right?

Is to model the calm as much as we can.

And I'm certainly not perfect.

And then the other thing that I always like to point out is like the often the kids don't really understand the stressors that are stressing us out.

Like my kids don't care if I go to work on time.

No.
