And so I think that's where like more of this like uh neuroaffirming care and child centered care has really shifted um a lot of the lenses um that we take to solving these types of problems.

And that's where I think you and I always say that's when we get curious and that's when like this transition is probably not my best, you know?

And I'm gonna set up the next one better and try and come up with some different strategies.

Um, but if your child does have sort of a long history of uh hard drop-offs, I would sort of look at some of the contingencies there and what you might change.

And so in my case, like um I changed and had my husband do it.

Yeah, yeah.

You know, uh that was a really simple switch for us.

Other people probably don't have those options.

And so then that's when we might think about some other like changing up our drop-off routine.

And I feel like you went through a lot of different uh trial and error strategies.

strategies that drop off, right?

Like you in the end I think ended up transitioning to a um a specific person at the school always, right?

Always, right?

It was like a handoff.

And then that person in her would like walk around the school or something like that.

But I think you try like you had um I think she had a job she was doing for a little bit when she got there.

Um and certain things like worked for a little period of time and then they changed.

Um so certainly working with the school can be a really uh nice strategy too, and seeing what you can come up with there with like buddy systems.

Um, and I certainly think like uh if we call it anxiety, I'm putting quotations around that.
