And so I'm able to name those things and know that that's what's happening in my body and then also persevere, you know, like either

because I've committed like some sort of work thing is gonna make me follow through or I've like, I don't know, bought a ticket to the Scala for some reason.

So I think.

So I actually care about the cause or whatever and that's gonna help me follow through.

Or whatever.

Right.

Um but for kids, they just don't have those skills yet.

And that's why we gotta be there for them.

And that's right.

They gotta go to school.

Right.
