Um, and same for myself.

You know, I'm not gonna do something if I don't wanna do it.

And as an adult, we have a lot of uh free will and choice.

Yeah.

And as kids, they just

Um and so some of the strategies that we uh tried out, like we said, some of them are getting creative with like drop off um routines.

Yep.

You know, um using that uh I think a predictable routine can be really nice.

And overall I would say um keeping things predictable and following a routine, certainly for children that are uh delayed in their language, uh, can be really, really helpful because we find that they're uh often our neurodivergent friends are good at picking up on patterns.

Oh yeah.

Right.

And so they

know like okay we do this and we do this and we do this and then they can follow those instructions because really they're following the routine.

Yeah.

Um so the more that we can keep things routine that can be helpful.
