Um and then the other kind of caveat that I often talk with families about is um

Often the clients that we see are restricted eaters.

Um, and they don't eat a ton of food.

Right.

And so I would be weary of pulling gluten and casein out if like those are some of the only foods they eat.

Um, and those are their safe foods.

And so especially for something that's more experimental, right?

Um, I would say the cost, the cost one is like the cost of gluten free food is more expensive.

Uh and like dairy alternatives, et cetera.

The thought like the impact to your family life, you know, now you've got to cut these things out.

Is everyone cutting it out?

Is it just this one child?

And like how are you navigating that?

Yeah,

It's like those are the costs.

And if you think you can pay those costs, then I would say as a parent myself, I might try it out.

Right.

You know, it there's not overly harmful.
