Um, and like those uh spee drops that you were talking about, I've never seen those specific ones.
But I've seen other sort of things that uh claim that and they've all been pseudoscience.
Sort of.
And so once I've um so then as soon as I saw them, I was kind of like, uh, probably not real.
But uh so I want to uh at least part of this as a clinician is to acknowledge your own bias and you know what kind of bias you might have going into evaluating these claims.
Um and then in the Broadhead article, they do say um to go back and reassess clo uh the safety
Of the individual and make sure that you haven't overlooked anything now that you've kind of familiarized yourself with the treatment.
Is there any other risks that maybe you didn't know ahead of time?

Um, is treatment success possible?
Um, if you in my case, translate it into behavior science.
And so that's something that we'll often do is if someone is suggesting something, if it makes sense, like if obviously if it's talking about like vitamin D and stuff, I don't need to give that's just like real science.
Um, but convert it into some sort of scientific um methodology.
And so uh an example would be um, we didn't talk about this in this episode, but I
could talk about it for a long time.
