I believe that a public company model is the best model for business that...

Now, it's not without its shortcomings, and some of those things I mentioned really are some problems that would be better to
be modulated somehow, but I don't have an answer for that.
So besides some of those shortcomings, it really forces a business to be clean and honest in its accounting and in its results, like just 100% squeaky clean.
And I think it's very easy for businesses to be lazy in the way they're thinking.
It's not about fraud.
It's about, that I'm referring to, it's about
The rigor around real results, you know, like sometimes we'll talk about even done and in the world of public companies, even that.

It's like, let's just talk about net income.

But it makes you be really honest about how a business is doing and all these one-time events.
I mean, every single thing cannot be hidden where even in a private equity model, because the problem is even your private equity sponsors to some degree, they're kind of just on your side, where the
Public company realm is, call it more adversarial, but it's more demanding.
And so the rigor that it places on a company, and look, I'm a merit kind of guy, you know, came up the hard way.
Like if I'm going to earn it, I better have earned it.
And so I think if you're not afraid of the harsh light of truth,
The public company realm is really great.
