They're bad plans.

They're going to be able to kill some of them.

We're going to take losses.

And then we fall back into that cycle.

Once we take losses somewhere, we say, oh, no, no, now we can't leave.

We have to stay to avenge our fallen.

It can't be all for nothing.

We have to stay.

We have to keep fighting.

We saw this over and over again in the GWAT.

Every single time we talked about any kind of withdrawal in Iraq or Afghanistan, it was the same argument.

We've lost too much here.

There's still more that we could do.
