For the majority of people, they can get away with exercising pretty close to bedtime without it disturbing their sleep.
Well, certainly, you know, falling asleep faster, otherwise known as sleep latency, and awakening less during the night and sleeping for a longer duration, certainly like seven to eight hours seems to be the sweet spot in terms of how it's associated with health and feeling better.

Other research indicating maybe for older adults is associated with increased risk of suicide.
So exercise really contrasts significantly with sleeping pills.
It has overwhelming health benefits, including mental health benefits, anxiety and depression.
Yeah, I would say that people probably, there is a lot of evidence suggesting that sleeping pill use is hazardous.
So I would recommend people get off of sleeping pills.
Yeah, I would say just like a 20 minutes.
It wouldn't have to be running, you know, just kind of a moderate, moderate to vigorously paced walk.
That should do the trick for most individuals.
