So my grounding was out to the beach and I woke up at 5 a.m. because I wanted to work out at 830. So I had to have my time. So I always meditate. I always journal. I always do gratitude. Instead of thinking about the negatives, it's really easy to wake up and think about all the things you need to do and get stressed about it.

But instead, I always try to think of all the things that I'm really, really excited for and grateful in my life, which obviously helps set up my day in a sense of gratitude versus lack or stress. And then I always listen to 30 minutes of some sort of spiritual wisdom. So right now I've been really into Kabbalah.
