And when I started stressed or rushed or not grounded or not listening to some sort of spiritual wisdom or whatever, like I really feel a difference in how I deal with things, how my anxiety comes back and just how like neurotic I feel. So my non-negotiables are I don't care how early I have to wake up. I like to have two hours before I have to do any sort of work.
