So Schrock Premier to this day is kind of the primary or I don't know if primary is the right word.
It's not like it's more important than the other entities, but it's sort of the overarching reputation brand image is Schrock Premier Custom Construction.
And so then what's happened is over the years needs or opportunity has arisen.
So, uh, you know, Joseph was one day frame in a hotel and he had a guy, I don't remember the name of the guy, but he's told me the story.
This guy that, uh, was almost like a Western.
I think it was from out West.
He has a cowboy hat and stuff.
Sure.
And he tries talking Joseph into, uh,
doing steel uh fabrication on a structure that he was doing a hotel for and it was in columbus i think columbus ohio uh he might correct me on that but i'm pretty sure it was columbus ohio and he um it's a marriott anyway so he said joseph says well i don't do steel and and the guy answers and says well you do now and so then joseph kind of saw it as a challenge and that was the start of then uh the second entity which is shrock prefab
So it started out where he was just on the job site building steel studs, putting them together, building wall panels, and installing them.
And now we have a 367,000-square-foot facility where prefab has probably a third of that square footage.
How big?
367,000 square feet.
It's a large facility.
And that's actually not our largest facility, but that's one of them.
Not just.
They have about a little over a third of that, I think, by square footage.
But we have other stuff going on.
So our excavation's in there.
