And over time, you're going to have comparable, relevant, useful information, whether it's a job cost report or your financial statements.

So I think that's going to be a good tool.

So you got to have, I guess, if I were starting a company today,

You got to love construction.

That's the number one thing.

You really have to have a heart for it because it's a hard industry to be in.

And you've got to have good people, leadership, relational skills.

But behind that, you need a team that can help you support what you're good at.

So if you're good at construction, you're not always going to be great at numbers.

Some people are.

Some construction guys are.

A lot of times not.

We happen to have an owner that is both sides, but that's pretty rare.

He's good at the numbers and he's good at the... Because you got to know the estimating process, all that.

But if you can get a team behind you, whether it's a good... We talk about bonding, but it'd be the same thing with an accountant, with an attorney, with the relationships there that let you focus on what you do.

Then you can focus on things like,

taking direction where the accountant says, well, we should start doing this and we should start doing this.

Once the system set up, it's like, well, how do I do that?
