House Rules Committee has wrapped up work on amendments to a bill that would end the longest shutdown in U.S.
A full House vote is set for Wednesday.

in exchange for their votes to end the shutdown.

The Supreme Court is postponing its order to restore full SNAP benefits for two days.
The delay is to allow more time for final passage of a short-term spending bill.
