The Jets trade number two and Brees Hall to the Titans for number four, a 2027 first,
and a fourth round pick.
So this is not that different from, remember that Travis Hunter trade last year?
Jaguars move up to get Travis Hunter.
That was actually for more than this because I feel like Travis Hunter was in a different class of prospect than a guy like David Bailey is.
So I'm actually making the Titans give up way less, not way less, but less than the Jaguars gave up
in that trade.
So what do you think?
Who says no to that one?
Jets trade number two in Brees Hall for number four, a 2027 first and a fourth round pick.
All right, Austin, I'm realizing the challenge we're going to have with this exercise is that you and I are probably aligned in that we would almost never make a trade like the Jaguars made last year for Travis Hunter.
When you think about the sport of football, Austin, you think about limitations.
A year later, James, I don't know, man.
I was looking at that trade today and I was like, holy cow.
I know I was critical of it.
I don't think I went far enough.
They, they went from five to two and they gave up the 36th overall pick and then a 2027 first.
So that trade, I just gave you, I didn't even include the second round pick.
I was like, no way that would be way too crazy.
And I tried to get there, but yeah, you and I are never probably going to be like, Oh yeah, the team should give up a future first for a non quarterback.
