Why in your area of medicine are you so concerned about food, the quality of food?
So older people, there are many things that they change physiologically when you're becoming older.
The taste buds changing.
You could have, because of repeated use of antibiotics, you could have some fungal infections in your mouth.
They go on the tongue and they change the taste.
how the taste buds are working.
So in some people you can have lack of appetite because the food does not taste the same as it used to.

If they do not eat well, the whole care is going to be affected.
Because if you don't eat, you will not rehabilitate.
You will not be able to leave the bed.
Your muscles are going to go down.
