Well, one day, my supervisor Debbie, who usually didn't find it necessary to drag herself out of her office most days, came slinking up to the front where I was dealing with a tenant, Mrs. Henderson, who was complaining about, well, God knows what.

She was always in our office clutching her little crusty white dog and would yammer on for hours if you let her.
