Yeah.

Well, in the workplace, you want to look good for your boss, right?

You want to get that next promotion.

You want to look good in front of your peers.

Exactly.

Well, I remember being stuck in the hallway.

I was running around the room and talking.

And so I got stuck out in the hallway in third grade for talking.

I typically say I used to get in trouble for talking.

Now I get paid for it type of thing.

Yeah.

But, you know, you're able to parlay that skill.

And maybe that's not something you would have done had this not happened.

You're able to...

rally everything and condense it into something that has got a lot of impact.

And what you're teaching for people through all of the different organizations and individually, you're giving people strength and you're giving them a direction.

I think a lot of it, we lack direction and we don't communicate well.

I personally see a huge communication problem

Even though we have all the technology in the world, people don't communicate the way they should, you know?

And if we don't communicate, how do we know what the other person's thinking?
