before you uh talk about all of this, which is really amazing, have a little a brief background of who you are and how you got started on all of that.
think a lot of people are saying somatic coach.
What is that?
Okay.
I know on your website you have somatic work is real time nervous system regulation.
Are people really even aware of what's going on in their bodies?
How do they grasp all of this? 'Cause I think that we're kinda like robots and we just kinda wander around and we're not always aware of stuff until it blows up.
Yeah, sometimes our bodies have more common sense than our emotions do.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yes.
It's it's almost like you have twins.
Yeah.
You're fighting with yourself and your body's going, No, don't do that you know, but you do it anyway, right?
And sometimes
twice.
Been there, done that, got the t shirt, absolutely.
So if we are in tune with our bodies, say you have anxiety.
There are a lot of people who have anxiety attacks, um, and they have relaxation and breathing techniques and so forth that they're taught.
If you can actually feel what's happening in your body, is there a warning sign where you can actually prevent something like that and then maybe keep control?
