I mean when they have an emotion, they engage everything.
And it but it doesn't last forever, it seems like forever to the parent, but it seems like emotions get the better of us as we get older.
And maybe when those darn hormones kick in too.
It does seem like emotions they can c crescendo.
I mean, when you start riding that wave of anger, it can just get rougher and rougher and rougher until all of a sudden you just blow and then you're out of control.

And if you have to be the captain of your own ship and you don't know how and you don't have a compass, it might be kind of difficult.
Well, we're still growing up, aren't we?

You know, you you you're experiencing life and there's fear.
Uh I mean, when when we're little kids, we want our mommy around, we want somebody.
Yeah, the world's kind of a scary place.
So yeah, I think we probably do harbor some fear.
And of course if you have a a lot of trauma in your life, I've heard that the body stores that too.
