Jimmy, could you share with us now about a training situation that you're proud of and or have found reinforcing?

Yeah, that's a great skill to be proud of, being able to have those really good observation skills and adapt your communication to the person in front of you, because you're not going to get them to follow you.

So, yeah, really good.

I love that you spend so much time sharing about the challenges that can come with the people side of things for you, as well as like your strengths and how it's kind of, I don't know if this is the right, if you said this earlier or if it's the right way to say it or not, but almost kind of like a two edged sword, like there can be some.
