I find just from talking to many of our clients that growth, it's no longer just supporting the system and helping the franchisees succeed and growth becomes a secondary step or a secondary strategy.
Now growth is going back into number one position, which is huge.

And I believe it also, it's going to be interesting what we see, you know, with Jack as chairman, you know, as having a franchisee in that role is great, is a great role model.
It really shows so much power at the role of a franchisee and how influential they are.

it's definitely become a permanent role in everything that we do in franchising.
