And this is where then you can just practice how to release energy.
So on the one side, it is while doing all of this thing, no thinking.
So definitely I don't have right now any type of problem that's outside of where I am right now.
So it means you really learn to focus on the one side.
But then the way how to move the body is in, you know, the idea is that we're using everything as like one unit, like in harmony.
And what it does, therefore, when the body is used in harmony, your energetic system also starts eventually to adjust itself and become harmonious.
like what sometimes we call the meridians, the channels, or the energy in your chakras, however you call it, by using the body, you are naturally harmonizing all of it.
which eventually means what is the benefit?
You're not sitting the whole day, not using the body and therefore all the energy inside the body starts to get crazy in having thoughts that are not useful and helpful at all.
So you start to create crazy thoughts because you haven't used your body to help you regulate your energies.
So what is the first thing that happens that people will realize in daily life when they start doing movements more?
You feel more balanced.
You feel more harmonious in a very natural way.
No esoteric component to it.
Just very naturally.
You have a body, therefore use it.
I think it comes from the fact of that you don't have any type of, let's say, machinery.
There is nothing else that you are working with
Only with yourself.
You work with your own movements, with your own body, with your own joints, with your own breath, with your own mind.
