To maybe help you to use all of these things as a bridge.
As a bridge, meaning to, yeah, to at some point make the jump from the physical and visual aspects to something that cannot be seen.
But okay, anyhow.
So also this is one thing that I mentioned in the book also.
We can live without a lot of things in this world.
We can't live without the breath.
But the breath is so undermined in terms of we literally don't pay any attention to it and just think it's about in and out.
Okay, so what is the first thing people can do?
It's not just in and out.
What you can pay attention on is how much in, how much out.
Or how fast in, how fast out.
Or
How, let's say, how deep actually do you follow the breath entering through the nose inside of the body?
This is where you hear about abdominal breathing, reverse breathing, dantian breathing, doesn't matter.
The whole idea is...
By practicing, becoming more aware, the breath can actually travel quite deep.
This is how it feels into the body.
Then it is not just a shallow breathing which is related to the chest and the lungs.
It actually becomes the fuel for the whole body.
