Focus for me is the ability to mobilize your energy. Energy maybe doesn't tell anything to the people. Your intention, your mind, your awareness. So let's say I need to do some type of work. I need to write an email. Simple. The quickest way and most accurate way to write this email is if you are completely with complete your awareness, you are focused in writing this email right now.
