And like,
you know, two weeks time.
And that way you're giving that person a chance to understand like, Hey, I am happy to help, but I have to deprioritize something to prioritize your work.
Because at the end of the day, if you're doing everyone else's work for them, and by the way, they're not saying, Oh yeah, Sim did this for me.

They're going to go and get the pay rise.
